• Bachelors degree in CS/IT/MIS or related field.
• 3+ years as Lead Solutions Architect / Technical Lead with product leadership.
• 3+ years with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.
• 3+ years with HIP, RIP and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, and Azure infrastructure.
• Certs in Azure Solutions Architect, Power Platform/D365, or TOGAF preferred.

• Lead cross-functional technical coordination and engineering activities using Scrum to deliver monthly production releases.
• Design solution, information, integration, application, and security architectures adhering to governance standards.
• Build cloud-native solutions and automated workflows using Container Apps, Azure VNET/Subnet, Cosmos DB, Power BI Services, and Power Automate.
• Manage architecture governance, deliver artifacts, and participate in product design & engineering reviews.
• Oversee L2 production support, root cause analysis, and production incident tracking in Azure DevOps.
• Guide CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, IaC (Terraform), and microservices integration patterns.

About the Role

As the Lead Solutions Architect and Technical Lead, you will drive the end-to-end technical vision, system architecture, and data infrastructure for enterprise solutions across product enhancement and operational phases. You will bridge architecture strategy with hands-on software development guidance, ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and fully aligned with business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams, enterprise architects, and security groups, you will oversee product design, integration strategies, and cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technical coordination, product design, and engineering activities using Scrum processes to deliver monthly production releases.
• Design comprehensive solution, information, integration, application, and security architectures adhering to enterprise principles and governance standards.
• Build cloud-native solutions and automated workflows leveraging Container Apps, Azure VNET/Subnet, Cosmos DB, Power BI Services, and Power Automate.
• Manage architecture governance, delivering required artifacts, conducting solution checks, and participating in Product Design & Engineering reviews.
• Oversee L2 production support, root cause analysis, bug fixing, and tracking of production incidents within Azure DevOps and service desks.
• Guide implementation of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and microservices integration patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Lead Solutions Architect / Technical Lead role with proven expertise in product leadership and solution architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and developing with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP), Right Integration Pattern (RIP), and Microservices Architecture.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Azure cloud infrastructure components.
• Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Power Platform/Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert, or TOGAF Practitioner are highly preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English to articulate complex architecture concepts to executive stakeholders.
