Job summary

APW Tech is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect in Metro Manila to lead product architecture and integration efforts. You will design scalable, secure enterprise solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and HIP, while guiding cross-functional teams through modern DevOps practices.

The role requires 3+ years in product leadership, strong communication, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders in multicultural environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field.
• Microsoft certifications such as Power BI Data Analyst, Fabric Analytics Engineer, Power Platform/Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Power Platform/Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert, and Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• 3+ years’ experience in product leadership, solution architecture, or related role.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture, RIP, and enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, DigiVision/Abacus).
• Expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and modern DevOps practices.
• Hands-on with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (3+ years); HIP (3+ years); Loan IQ admin and reporting (1+ year); DevExpress Reporting Tools.
• Knowledge of AI, ML, RPA, Chatbots, and Blockchain.
• Strong SDLC, product management, business process re-engineering, and solution architecture.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and business-aligned enterprise solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
