Job summary

Cardinal Health International Philippines Inc. seeks a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Platform Scrum team. You will design, develop, and implement new features while enhancing existing configurations to drive business efficiency in a hybrid setup.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, ensuring scalable solutions, documentation, and leadership for the team. Strong ITSM, integration, and scripting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA, BS or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development, ITSM focus.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and patches; strategy & execution.
• Experience with integration components such as SSO and LDAP.
• Strong web tech: JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, SOAP/REST.
• Familiar with SDLC and ITIL processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; global collaboration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions on ServiceNow following best practices.
• Development of ITSM & scoped applications including new catalog items, customizations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with partners to design and implement integration/data feeds/interfaces with other systems, such as APIs and Authentication.
• Research feasibility of new platform functionalities and/or customization requests to satisfy business needs.
• Create technical documentation.
• Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.
• Recommends process improvements and displays a continuous improvement mindset.
• On-call on a quarterly rotation.
• Act as lead developer responsible for weekly and sprint releases including updates sets and production deployments.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow upgrade including reviewing release notes and handling defects during regression tests.
• Recommend solutions to reduce technical debts.
