Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to develop cost estimates, BOQs, and cost proposals for CSA projects in Manila.

You will oversee tendering, evaluate bids, and monitor contract compliance to protect project value. Candidates should hold a Civil Engineering or Architecture degree and be licensed, with at least three years in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budget control in construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect.
• At least 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, cost estimation, cost control, and budget management in construction.
• Experience in CSA works for residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use development.
• Experience in tendering, contract administration, and project cost monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for CSA works based on drawings, specs, and project requirements.
• Prepare and review BOQ, tender documents, and cost proposals for bidding and procurement.
• Oversee tendering process including bid evaluation and cost comparison.
