Job summary

DVI Solutions Asia is seeking a Project Manager (Workplace Technology Solutions) to plan, execute, and deliver technology-driven workplace projects including AV, IT infrastructure, and smart office systems. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain strong client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires leading projects at client sites, managing budgets, and ensuring quality and compliance across all phases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing technology or workplace solution projects.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working on-site at clients’ locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for workplace technology projects (AV, IT infrastructure, smart office).
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
• Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and commissioning.
