Job summary

DVI Solutions is seeking a Project Manager (Workplace Technology Solutions) to plan, execute, and deliver technology-driven workplace projects. You will oversee AV, IT infrastructure, smart office initiatives, and integrated workplace solutions for regional clients.

The role requires strong leadership, client management, and hands-on coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technology or workplace solution projects.
• Proven track record delivering AV, IT infrastructure, or smart workplace projects.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience working on-site at clients’ locations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Technical understanding of workplace technologies (AV, network infra, IoT, collaboration tools).
• Proficient in project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for workplace technology projects (AV systems, video conferencing, structured cabling, network infrastructure, IoT, smart office solutions).
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and commissioning processes.
