Job summary

Premierlabs Corporation in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines, is seeking an Advanced Production Operator to join its production team. You will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output while collaborating with the Production Supervisor.

The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, plus welding skills and 2–3 years in food manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems is required.
• Engineering degree or vocational certification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored are a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing setting.
• Reliable and mature, able to work independently or in a team.
• Leadership skills to guide production staff.
• Computer and analytical skills for managing production data and improving efficiency.
• Commitment to Integrity, Accountability and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to meet production schedules and optimize workflows.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing machines to ensure safe and efficient performance.
• Prepare and check materials and components according to product specifications.
• Enforce SOPs, safety rules, and quality standards across production processes.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports.
• Identify and implement improvements to boost efficiency and product quality.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support production operations.
• Work flexible hours, including rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
