Job summary

Pharmacare in the Philippines seeks a Clinical Leader to oversee primary care services and lead the facility as Head of the Center. You will provide medical consultations, manage patient care, and drive clinical governance and quality initiatives.

As Head of Facility, you will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with PhilHealth, and report on performance while advancing telehealth and digital health solutions.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent with active PRC license.
• Accredited PhilHealth Care Professional / YAKAP/KONSULTA.
• Experience in Community Health or LGU-Based practice is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communicator with ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, digital health solutions, or process improvement methodologies (preferred).
• Strong interest or background in healthcare innovation, medical technology, or research.

Responsibilities

• Provide general medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients.
• Oversee daily operations of the facility, including staff scheduling and workflow (Head of Facility).
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety; implement clinical guidelines and protocols.
• Submit regular reports on clinical and operational performance and represent the facility in meetings.
