Job summary

Lingaro in Mexico is seeking an experienced Power Platform professional to design and extend Power Apps canvas and model‑driven applications, build advanced Power BI reports, and integrate with SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power Automate.

You will lead end‑to‑end projects, mentor teammates, and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑quality solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing Power Apps solutions (canvas and model‑driven).
• Experience leading end‑to‑end projects as a technical lead.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Office 365, and Azure.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with project estimations and pre‑sales.
• Experience with data integration and external data sources.

• Confirm that delivered solutions meet technical quality criteria, including code quality, security, performance, and scalability.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best development practices.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
• Communicate technical aspects of the solution to stakeholders and customers in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing Power Apps solutions, including canvas and model‑driven applications.
• Proven experience in driving end‑to‑end projects and acting as a technical lead.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Office 365, and Azure.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills – comfortable sharing technical knowledge with a wide audience (both internal and external stakeholders).
• Experience with project estimations and pre‑sales offering.
• Experience with data integration and connecting Power Apps with external data sources.
