Job summary

The Lead PowerApps Developer will design, develop and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role leads a team of developers, ensures best practices, and delivers scalable, secure and high-quality applications that meet business needs.

Responsibilities include leadership and mentorship, architecture and design, performance optimization, and collaboration with product managers and analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT or related field.
• At least 5 years as Lead Developer; 2–3 years in Power Platform.
• Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management).
• Experience with REST APIs and Microsoft 365 integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers; provide technical guidance and code reviews.
• Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment and support; implement CI/CD pipelines.
