REGAN INDUSTRIAL SALES INC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all electrical systems and ensure safe, efficient operation of plant equipment. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, drive preventive maintenance, and collaborate with operations to maintain reliability.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems and preventive maintenance.
• Experience leading a maintenance team and managing technicians.
• Solid understanding of workplace health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all electrical systems and plant equipment.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Respond to breakdowns, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability for maintenance.
• Collaborate with operations for reliable plant performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
