Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Lead - Planning, Tech & AI to drive the digitization of the end-to-end real estate operations value chain, integrating planning expertise with technology, automation, and AI-driven insights.

The role involves enabling data-driven decision-making, improving processes across design, procurement, construction and handover, and leading the implementation of digital tools and dashboards for leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• Must have strong planning and scheduling expertise with construction lifecycle understanding.
• Experience in AI/ML applications for project management and analytics.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools and BI platforms is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive digitization of end-to-end real estate operations value chain across projects.
• Develop digitally enabled processes, workflows, and schedules integrated with enterprise systems.
• Implement AI/ML models for predictive delay analysis, risk forecasting, and productivity analytics.
• Create central dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and automate MIS reporting.

Job Description

Role Summary: The Lead - Planning, Tech & AI, will drive the digitization of the end-to-end real estate operations value chain, integrating planning expertise with technology, automation, and AI-driven insights. This role will act as a central function, enabling data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and implementation of digital tools across projects—from design, procurement, construction to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Planning & Integration: Assist Tech Team to develop digitally enabled project processes, workflows, schedules and overall operations architecture integrated with enterprise systems, Implement Tech Tool, Standardize project management structures across projects (WBS, coding, data frameworks). Enable real-time planning visibility across portfolio.
• AI-Driven Monitoring & Insights: Implement AI/ML models for Predictive delay analysis, Risk forecasting, Productivity analytics, Automate variance analysis and early warning systems, Generate smart insights vs traditional reporting.
• Digitization of Operations Value Chain: Design Phase (Integration with BIM platforms, Design Delivery Design change tracking systems), Procurement (Digital tracking of material lead times, Vendor performance analytics, Tender event schedule), Construction (Site progress tracking via apps / IoT / image analytics, Resource productivity monitoring), Handover (Snag tracking tools, Digital documentation & closeout systems).
• Automation & Dashboarding: Develop central dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) for leadership, Automate MIS reporting (reduce manual intervention), Integrate multiple data sources into single source of truth.
• Systems Implementation: Lead implementation of tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project (with API integrations), BIM platforms (e.g., Autodesk BIM 360)), Work with IT teams/vendors to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Process Re-engineering: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows, Redesign processes using digital-first approach, Drive standardization across projects and regions.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between Business teams (Projects, Contracts, Procurement) and Technology teams (IT, Data, AI vendors), Conduct trainings and ensure user adoption of digital tools.

Skills & Competencies: Core Planning Skills, Expertise in project planning, scheduling & delay analysis, Strong understanding of construction lifecycle, Technology & AI Skills, Exposure to AI/ML applications in construction/project management, Superficial knowledge of Data analytics tools (Python, SQL preferred), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), Understanding of BIM, IoT, and digital twin concepts, Ability to translate business problems into tech solutions, Strong inclination towards automation & innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Hybrid professional: Planner + Tech Evangelist, Experience in large real estate portfolios, Proven track record in driving digital transformation initiatives.
