PeopleStrong is seeking a Lead - Planning, Tech & AI to drive the digitization of the end-to-end real estate operations value chain, integrating planning expertise with technology, automation, and AI-driven insights.

The role involves enabling data-driven decision-making, improving processes across design, procurement, construction and handover, and leading the implementation of digital tools and dashboards for leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• Must have strong planning and scheduling expertise with construction lifecycle understanding.
• Experience in AI/ML applications for project management and analytics.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools and BI platforms is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive digitization of end-to-end real estate operations value chain across projects.
• Develop digitally enabled processes, workflows, and schedules integrated with enterprise systems.
• Implement AI/ML models for predictive delay analysis, risk forecasting, and productivity analytics.
• Create central dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and automate MIS reporting.
• Lead tools implementation (Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM platforms) and ensure data flow between systems.
• Re-engineer processes for standardization and digital-first optimization.
• Coordinate with business teams and IT to drive user adoption of digital tools.
