Job summary

Anytime Fitness in Davao City is seeking a Head Coach to lead our Personal Training team, drive sales, and elevate member experiences. You will manage PT staff, coach on consultations, and ensure high-quality training programs aligned with member goals.

The role requires proven PT leadership, strong sales ability, and a passion for coaching. You will motivate the team, set performance targets, and collaborate with Club Management to grow revenue and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Strong track record in PT sales and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of fitness principles, client management and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the Personal Training team to achieve targets.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Develop skills and sales capabilities through mentoring and training.
• Foster a high-performance, positive team culture.
• Monitor schedules, client engagement, and overall performance.
• Drive PT sales with effective strategies and encourage upselling.
• Ensure clients receive safe, engaging training programs tailored to goals.
• Build relationships to improve satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
• Prepare performance updates and action plans for Club Management.
