Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with Pega 7.x and 8.x in a leadership role.
• Certification: Pega Lead System Architect.
• Experience with web tech (CSS, JavaScript, Servlets, JSP).
• Knowledge of SQL/RDBMS and performance tuning.
• Strong architecture and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across design-to-deploy activities.
• Define architecture and document non-functional requirements.
• Prepare estimates and define technical solutions.
• Develop reusable enterprise rules in Pega PRC.
• Communicate solutions to stakeholders and plan releases.
