Willis Towers Watson plc in Manila is seeking a Lead Associate in the private equity team to source, analyze and execute private equity primary funds, secondaries and co-investments. You will run financial models, produce investment memorandums, and contribute to investment committee discussions.

You will also research market opportunities, support the development of the research function, and collaborate with teams globally while remaining engaged with financial market developments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2–4 years of private equity fund or co-investment experience.
• Self-starter with ability to balance a varied workload.
• Advanced financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Proven effective oral and written communication in business English.
• Ability to work on own initiative and with a team.
• Moderate travel required.
• Willing to be assigned to APAC shift (8am-5pm Manila).

Responsabilidades

• Source, analyze, and execute private equity primary funds, secondary opportunities, and co-investments.
• Run and maintain financial models and tools.
• Produce investment memorandums and contribute to investment committee discussions.
• Research market opportunities using financial databases and produce periodic reports.
• Contribute to development of the research function and improve methods/tools.
• Assist in development and presentation of research findings internally and externally.
