Job summary

Rocket Clicks, LLC is seeking an Associate Paid Social & Programmatic Lead in the Philippines to own the execution of paid social and programmatic campaigns across major platforms and DSPs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Advanced hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience and lead generation background.
• Experience writing creative briefs and directing designers or editors.
• Hands-on programmatic experience across DSPs like StackAdapt/Simpli.fi.
• Familiarity with AI workflows in paid media.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X, and YouTube.
• Own programmatic display and CTV execution in DSPs with quality control and frequency capping.
• Consolidate cross-team paid social and programmatic work into one standard.
• Define channel architecture, audience definitions, and budget structures across accounts.
• Maintain budget pacing and surface pacing risks per account.
• Diagnose cost per lead increases and channel performance issues; identify root causes.
• Direct Paid Media Specialists and review work before deployment.
• Stay updated on platform changes and AI-driven ad products.
