Job summary

Collins Aerospace PH is seeking an experienced Production Planner to monitor assembly completion, analyze capacity, and plan workflows across departments. The role requires strong communication, analytical abilities, and ERP proficiency to optimize resources and schedules in a high-stakes manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with supervisors, lead a team of planners, and generate weekly reports on production performance while adhering to EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience
• In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• ERP systems knowledge; SAP and PELICO are advantages
• Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan
• Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year
• Has at least 1 year in current position

Responsibilities

• Monitors Assembly Completion based on Firing Order and lead times to meet shipping dates
• Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity; determines processes, tools and resource requirements
• Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation
• Confers with department supervisors to determine project status
• Expedites operations to meet unforeseen conditions and adjusts schedules
• Creates Production Order on time based on firing sequence
• Checks available assembly to incorporate into production schedule
• Provides weekly planning reports related to production plan performance
• Leads a team of planners
• Performs other related duties as required
• Adheres to EHS practices and reports hazards to ensure safety
