Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a leading RTX company, seeks a SIOP Analyst to own the SIOP cycle and deliverables for a value stream in a high-focus manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to translate business strategies into executable plans that meet inventory and financial targets, while supporting executive decision-making with accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, operations, inventory management, or analytics.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and data manipulation.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SIOP cycle (data collection, demand reviews, supply reviews, executive SIOP reviews and financial reconciliation).
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to align business strategies with capabilities and targets.
• Support executive-level SIOP reporting, including Actuals, Latest Estimates, and Plans for ELT/SLT decisions.
