Job summary

Abenson Ventures, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to oversee all mechanical works for new store construction and renovation projects in Metro Manila.

You will review, evaluate, and approve MEPFS plans, cost estimates, and contractor bids, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (licensed) and at least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a valid professional license.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all mechanical works for new store construction and renovation projects.
