The role requires strong leadership, hands-on mechanical expertise, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with the team and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a mechanic in automotive or truck maintenance
• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead mechanic role
• TESDA National Certificate I, II, III, or IV in Automotive Servicing (highly preferred)
• Electric Vehicle (EV) Training Certificate holder (highly preferred)
