Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in automotive or CV industry.
• At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Computer literate (familiar with NetSuite or similar systems).
• Strong knowledge in automotive electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge in automatic and manual vehicle transmission.
• Experience in vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Able to handle workshop operations and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the mechanics team in daily operations.
