Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in the Automotive or CV industry.
• At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Computer literate with NetSuite or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge in automotive electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge in automatic and manual vehicle transmission.
• Experience in vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Able to handle workshop operations and team supervision.
