Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a mechanic in automotive or truck maintenance.
• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead mechanic role.
• TESDA National Certificate I, II, III, or IV in Automotive Servicing (highly preferred).
• EV Training Certificate holder (highly preferred).
