Autokid Mobility Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Lead Mechanic to oversee daily workshop operations in Tacloban. You will ensure quality vehicle repairs and maintenance while guiding a team of mechanics to meet safety and service standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years as a mechanic, 1–2 years in a lead role, and TESDA Automotive Servicing certificates; EV training is highly preferred. This is an on-site, full-time position in Tacloban with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a mechanic in automotive or truck maintenance.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead mechanic role.
• TESDA National Certificate in Automotive Servicing (I–IV) preferred.
• EV training certificate holders are highly preferred.

JOB SUMMARY

The Lead Mechanic is responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, ensuring quality repair and maintenance of vehicles, and supervising a team of mechanics. This role ensures efficiency, safety, and high service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of experience as a mechanic in automotive or truck maintenance
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead mechanic role
• TESDA National Certificate I, II, III, or IV in Automotive Servicing (highly preferred)
• Electric Vehicle (EV) Training Certificate holder (highly preferred)

KNOWLEDGE

• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, braking systems, and suspension
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools, repair techniques, and preventive maintenance procedures
• Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and workshop operations
