Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an on-site Production Supervisor in Pasig. 3-5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations within a food manufacturing setting are required, preferably bakery or commercial food processing.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is essential, along with GMP/HACCP knowledge and Lean tools. The role emphasizes leading daily operations, mentoring staff, and maintaining safety and quality while coordinating with other departments to meet production

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Industrial Technology, Sciences or an related engineering field.
3-5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations within a food manufacturing environment, preferably bakery or commercial food processing.
Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, basic lean tools (5S, waste reduction), and labor laws related to shift management.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Train and mentor production staff to enhance skills and performance.
Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels to meet production demands.
Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve production issues.
