The role demands strong leadership, high-volume cooking experience, strict food-safety compliance, and the ability to optimize inventory and costs while mentoring a diverse kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, fine-dining or upscale casual restaurants.
• Strong culinary arts background with proven track record.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Thorough understanding of food safety, inventory, and cost-control procedures.
• Proficient with kitchen technology and inventory systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure.

Responsibilities
