Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and hands-on development of scalable software solutions, driving delivery of critical features and core systems.
• Mentor and develop an engineering team, promoting technical excellence and continuous learning including AI-assisted development practices.
• Partner with Scrum Masters, Product, QA, and Engineering teams to plan, build, test, and deliver cloud, web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Establish and uphold software engineering best practices, ensuring on-time delivery, maintainability, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by resolving complex technical challenges, performing root cause analysis, and sharing new tech and best practices.
