Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions aligned with technical standards and project requirements, working closely with technical architects and service stakeholders.
• Support the build, deployment, and operation of servers, networks, and storage platforms across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Monitor, support, and maintain infrastructure, identifying and addressing capacity, performance, and security issues.
• Collaborate with third‑party suppliers and internal teams to ensure infrastructure services are delivered according to operational requirements and service agreements.
• Contribute to infrastructure improvements by recommending best practices, supporting automation initiatives, and participating in continuous improvement activities.

Technical Expertise

• You have experience designing, implementing, or supporting infrastructure solutions.

• You are familiar with technologies such as VMware, DNS, DHCP, OKTA, PAM, and AWS or GCP services.
• You have a good understanding of infrastructure security, scalability, availability, and performance optimization.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring, automation, or scripting tools is a plus
