We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Lead Industrial Engineer to manage large-scale, complex initiatives within our logistics, warehouse, and infrastructure operations. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, operational efficiency, and cross-functional integration across multiple business units, with a strong focus on warehouse automation and sortation systems. The Lead Engineer will oversee project planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder engagement while driving timelines, managing risks, and resolving issues proactively. This position requires strong collaboration with Operations, Engineering, IT, Finance, automation vendors, and external partners, as well as frequent communication and presentations to senior and executive leadership.
