Job summary

FedEx Philippines is launching the ACE Graduate Trainee Program, a 12-month accelerated development track in Operations. The program rotates across business functions to build leadership and functional expertise, with exposure to regional projects and international assignments.

As a Graduate Trainee you will participate in learning journeys, contribute to strategic projects, and receive direct mentorship from the Operations Managing Director.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.20.
  • Less than two years of working experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
  • Active involvement in extracurriculars, leadership, volunteering, sports or student groups.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work across diverse teams and travel regionally/internationally when required.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured learning journeys and rotational assignments.
  • Support strategic business, operational, and regional projects.
  • Assist in developing and implementing supply chain innovations to boost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to identify improvements.
  • Present insights and project outcomes to management with mentorship involvement.

The ACE Graduate Trainee Program is a 12-month accelerated career development program designed to nurture high-potential young professionals into future business leaders. This structured program provides participants with comprehensive exposure across key business functions, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed to build a successful long-term career within the organization.

We welcome those who have:

  • Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification from a recognized Polytechnic, University, or higher learning institution.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.20 or equivalent academic achievement.
  • Less than two (2) years of working experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Active involvement in extracurricular, leadership, volunteer, sports, student association, or community activities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Participate in structured learning journeys, rotational assignments, and development programs designed to accelerate professional and leadership growth.
  • Support and contribute to strategic business, operational, and regional projects, including opportunities for international exposure and cross-border collaboration.
  • Assist in developing, analyzing, and implementing innovative business and supply chain solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, visibility, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to identify improvement opportunities, solve business challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and project outcomes to management while actively engaging in mentorship, coaching, and leadership development activities.
