Job Requirements

• BS Mechl. Eng'g or Industrial Tech major in Air conditioning Heat, Vent and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Graduate or TESDA Registered Refrigeration course Graduate or TESDA or TESDA Registered
• At least 3 years work experience in operations, installation, maintenance and projects gained from commercial buildings or industrial plants. With exposure on chilled water system and operations, water-cooled and air-cooled systems of air-conditioning
• Flexible and can work under pressure
• Willing to work within Marikina City

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for the operation of chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and AHUs
• Maintenance of refrigeration, AC and ventilation equipment.
• Attend to maintenance call-outs
• Prepare reports and documentation if needed.
