Job summary

Shae Group is seeking an exceptional product UI/UX designer to elevate a world-class health app ecosystem across mobile, tablet and desktop. You will own design strategy, build a robust Figma design system with tokens, and coach a team of designers to deliver beautiful, accessible, high‑ROI experiences.

You will drive cross‑brand theming, apply glassmorphism techniques, and collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to ensure feasibility and impact on retention and engagement.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of world‑class apps across mobile, tablet and desktop.
• Expert Figma skills with design systems and tokens.
• Glassmorphism UI proficiency.
• Gamification experience to drive engagement and retention.
• Health or wellness app domain experience preferred.
• Time‑zone requirements: not GMT overlaps with India/Pakistan; aligns with Americas teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Audit and provide strategic design direction for the app; communicate via voice memos or screen recordings.
• Refine and maintain a design system with tokens and components; export tokens for engineering.
• Support multi-brand theming and white-label architecture.
• Apply glassmorphic UI techniques with accessibility considerations.
• Design gamified reward systems and engagement features.
• Ensure responsive UI across mobile, tablet and desktop; maintain parity and accessibility.
• Mentor the design team and communicate feedback clearly to leadership.
• Stay updated on health/wellness trends and competitor apps.
• Collaborate closely with PMs and developers to ensure feasibility.
