Job summary

Peak Marketing in Batangas City seeks a Lead UX/UI Designer to oversee the design direction of digital products and marketing assets, ensuring intuitive experiences and visually compelling interfaces aligned with business goals and brand identity.

You will lead from concept to execution, conduct user research, create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders; mentoring junior designers and maintaining design systems, with a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, HCI, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design or digital product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and visual design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end workflows is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI design strategy for websites, mobile applications, and digital campaigns.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
• Review and improve existing digital products to enhance usability and performance.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and creative team members.
• Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all digital touchpoints.
