Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of ground improvement/ geotechnical / heavy civil experience.
• Hands-on experience with vibro compaction, stone columns, deep soil mixing, dynamic compaction, or similar methods.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all ground improvement construction activities per specs, schedule, and quality.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and specialists for efficient execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, HSE, and procurement teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
• Review method statements, risk assessments, and construction procedures.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit progress and performance reports to senior management.
