Job summary

San Miguel Aerocity Inc. is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer in Metro Manila to assist in managing geotechnical works, ensuring compliance with codes and standards across civil, marine and coastal projects.

You will support structural/geotechnical design and reviews, review contractor submissions, perform soil investigations, field tests and lab work, and liaise with project teams and authorities to ensure timely progress and quality results.

Qualifications

Geotechnical, civil engineering or geology degree.
Minimum 5 years of professional geotechnical experience.
Experience in review of geotechnical data and reports for detailed engineering design level.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing geotechnical works and ensure compliance with QA procedures and standards.
Support structural/geotechnical design and design review activities.
Review contractor designs for specifications and regulatory compliance.
Analyze soil improvement, geotechnical stability and coastal protection designs.
Coordinate with project team, contractors and authorities to facilitate construction.
Provide geotechnical reports, soil investigations, field tests and laboratory work.
