Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team onsite in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. The role focuses on outbound B2B verification, lead capture, and seamless handovers to Employer Relationship Managers, driving high-volume activity within defined KPIs.

You will maintain CRM data integrity, handle objections, and support payroll and vendor portals with accurate employer records. A collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits with opportunities for growth.

Your Role

As a Employer Verification and Lead Generation Specialist, you will:

• Outbound Employer Verification: Contact employer HR, finance, and payroll departments by phone to verify corporate details, contact rosters, and payroll structures.
• Arrangement Discovery & Lead Capture: Confirm whether prospective employers offer novated leasing, identify current third-party providers, and establish interest in alternative platforms.
• Warm Handovers & Digital Sign-On: Transfer qualified corporate leads to Employer Relationship Managers or assist employers through the digital sign-on workflow directly.
• CRM & Data Integrity Maintenance: Cleanse, reconcile, and update employer records in the CRM to eliminate duplicates and ensure accurate data flow across payroll and dealer portals.
• Objection Handling & Feedback Capture: Document employer feedback, competitor insights, and common objections to refine outbound engagement strategies and scripts.
• Activity & Target Management: Maintain high-volume outbound contact SLAs, data verification targets, and qualified lead generation KPIs while following privacy regulations.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Outbound B2B Engagement Experience: Proven background in outbound telephone outreach, B2B lead generation, telemarketing, or B2B customer service within a contact center environment.
• Data Accuracy & CRM Discipline: Exceptional attention to detail in verifying corporate records, logging interaction notes, and maintaining version control within enterprise CRM platforms.
• Professional Stakeholder Communication: Confident verbal and written communication skills to engage with business owners, HR managers, and payroll professionals effectively.
• Target-Driven Resilience: Demonstrated ability to manage structured follow-up queues, handle call rejection professionally, and achieve daily activity and lead qualification metrics.
• Privacy & Script Compliance: Strict adherence to regulatory compliance frameworks, telephone script protocols, and corporate data privacy laws.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Practical exposure to Australian Novated Leasing, Salary Packaging, Employee Benefits, or Payroll/HR software environments.
• Prior experience engaging with Australian employer groups and finance/payroll personnel.
• Hands-on experience using enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and automated telephony dialers.
• Understanding of B2B lead scoring, qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT/CHAMP), and sales pipeline stages.
