Job summary

OpenText in the Philippines is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst, FP&A to act as a trusted financial partner to our Worldwide Renewals organization. You will provide financial insights, forecasting, and business analysis to help leaders make informed decisions and collaborate with global teams.

You will work with senior stakeholders, influence strategic planning, and drive process improvements to support business growth in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A/finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup, large data analysis).
• Experience with SAP, Business Objects, Salesforce or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.
• SQL, Power Query, data models or analytics tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights, forecasts, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and mentor a team reviewing and validating deal values and financial impact.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, budgets, financial reports and management reviews.
• Analyze business performance, identify key drivers, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, Billing, Sales, and Professional Services.
• Identify risks and opportunities while helping stakeholders develop action plans.
• Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and operational efficiencies.

What It Takes

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, and large-scale data analysis.
• Experience with financial and reporting systems such as SAP, Business Objects, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting senior leadership teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
• Experience with SQL, Power Query, data models, or advanced analytics tools is an advantage.
