Enable in Mandaluyong is seeking a Management Accounting and Data Officer to analyze data sets on sales, profitability, and operations, developing dashboards and insights to drive decision making.

The ideal candidate has a background in finance & accounting and 4–5 years of proven management reporting experience, with a focus on collaborating across departments to align data with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 4–5 years proven experience with management reporting, preferably in retail/distribution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• People management skills.
• Power BI and SAP Business One experience.
• Onsite work in Mandaluyong City, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze company performance data with charts and tables for sales by brand/channel, inventory turnover, gross profit, operating profits, and other metrics.
• Design dashboards to visualize KPIs related to sales, profitability, and operations.
• Review actual vs. budgeted/target amounts per sales channel/cost center.
• Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements and ensure dashboards meet objectives.
• Align data analysis efforts with overall business goals.
• Propose and lead data-related projects with timely, accurate delivery.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
• Provide insights to optimize sales and increase market share.
• Oversee data analysts' execution and maintenance of dashboards.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Management Accounting and Data Officer will be responsible for analyzing and generating insights from data sets related to sales, profitability, and operational performance. The ideal candidate has a background in finance & accounting and is passionate about understanding the company value drivers across business functions (e.g. inventory turnover, products margins, financial ratios, recruiting metrics, etc). This role requires a strong focus on details, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct a thorough analysis of company performance data, including charts and tables on sales by brand, sales by channel, inventory turnover, gross profit, operating profits and other operating metrics.
• Proactively design comprehensive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, profitability, and operational metrics.
• Review actual vs. budgeted/ target amounts per sales channel/cost center.
• Collaborate with other teams to understand data requirements and ensure dashboards/analysis meet the objectives.
• Align data analysis efforts with overall business goals.
• Propose and lead data-related projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
