Job summary

Enable PH in Mandaluyong is seeking a Management Accounting and Data Officer to analyze sales, profitability, and operating data, and to build dashboards that drive actionable insights across functions.

The role requires a finance background, 4–5 years in management reporting, and proficiency with Power BI and SAP Business One. Onsite work is five days a week with cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance/accounting or related field required.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience with Power BI and SAP Business One.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, profitability, and operational data with charts and tables.
• Design dashboards to visualize KPIs for sales, profitability, and ops.
• Review actual vs. budgeted/target amounts by channel/cost center.
• Collaborate to gather data requirements and ensure objectives are met.
• Align data efforts with overall business goals and timelines.
• Lead data-related projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Identify growth opportunities and market trends from performance data.
• Provide insights and strategies to boost sales and market share.
• Oversee data analysts and maintain planned dashboards.
