Job summary

D & L Industries in Batangas seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee the processing line (texturizing, tankfarm, blending). You will set daily to monthly objectives, organize workflow, assign tasks, and monitor output against specs.

Ideal candidates hold a licensed Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Chemical engineering, with 2–3 years in supervision, training in industrial production, and willingness to work 6 days a week and in shifting schedules at Sto. Tomas/Tanauan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical), licensed.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Industrial production training or certification, preferably in oil refining/engineering.
• Amenable for 6 days work week and shifting schedule.
• Willing to work in Sto. Tomas, Tanauan, Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee & supervise all production activities in the processing line (texturizing, tankfarm & blending).
• Maintain optimum production process conditions and take action on abnormalities.
• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Check production output against specifications and report progress.
