Job summary

SPX Express in Manila seeks a Facilities Manager to lead hub facilities repairs and maintenance across electromechanical systems, planning preventive and corrective maintenance. You will coordinate with procurement and vendors and oversee improvement projects within the facility while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills in English and Filipino.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with contract management.
• Experience in facilities management and process improvement in logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical systems.
• Prepare scope of works and coordinate with procurement and vendors.
• Manage and supervise repair projects within the facility.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prevent disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
