You will drive preventive maintenance strategies, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize reliability and safety in a manufacturing‑level environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of facilities maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and fire protection systems.
• Experience using CMMS and maintenance reporting tools.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise technical staff.
• A track record of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning.
• Knowledge of local regulatory safety standards and compliance practices.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for all facility systems (electrical, mechanical, fire protection, HVAC).
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability to support operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with best practices and goals.
• Establish KPIs, metrics, and reports to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Supervise and mentor maintenance personnel and ensure safety adherence.
• Provide troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for system failures.
• Review designs, specifications, and procedures for compliance.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and spare parts inventory.
