Our Clients in Makati is seeking an experienced Audit Assistant Manager (CPA or Non-CPA) to oversee external audit engagements and lead a growing team.

The role offers exposure to international accounts, requires minimum 4 years in external audit, and welcomes CPA and Non-CPA candidates. On-site, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for professional development and adherence to high auditing standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
• At least 4 years of external audit experience.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in external audit engagements and leading teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage external audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Review audit procedures, working papers, and financial statements.
• Ensure audit work is completed accurately and on time.
• Supervise and mentor audit associates and seniors.
• Evaluate audit risks and determine appropriate procedures.
• Communicate findings to engagement leaders.
• Coordinate with clients on requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor engagement progress and team performance.
• Assist in resolving complex accounting issues.
• Maintain compliance with auditing standards and quality requirements.
