Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking an associate to provide day-to-day environment management support, handling incidents and standard operations in a hybrid work model.

You will work with Unix/Linux, middleware, and automation tools, ensuring reliable DEV/QA/QAP environments and timely ticket updates, with a focus on learning and contributing to secure infrastructure services.

Qualifications

• 3 - 6 years in Environment Management / Infra Support.
• Basic to intermediate Unix/Middleware skills.
• Understanding of incident and request management.
• Willingness to learn middleware, monitoring, and automation tools.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for DEV/QA/QAP environments.
• Handle service requests (access, restarts, data refresh, batch monitoring).
• Execute runbook-based activities and health checks.
• Monitor alerts and dashboards and escalate issues as needed.
• Support application teams during testing and deployments.
• Participate in KT, shadowing, and hands-on enablement.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation.
• Work in shifts, including weekends or extended hours.

The Impact You Will Have In This Role

Being a member of the team, the Associate provides day‑to‑day operational support for DTCC environment management activities, handling incidents, service requests, and standard environment operations under defined procedures.

• Linux/Unix: Server administration, log analysis, and troubleshooting.

• Tomcat: Application hosting, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Shell Scripting: Basic automation and task execution.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
