Job summary

DTCC in Metro Manila is seeking an Associate to provide day-to-day operational support for environment management activities, handling incidents, service requests, and standard operations under defined procedures. You’ll work in a collaborative team, supporting DEV/QA/QAP environments and performing health checks in a hybrid, on-site/off-site model.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Infrastructure or Environment Support.
• Understanding of incident, problem, and request management processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn middleware, monitoring, and automation technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix server administration, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
• WebSphere application deployment and server support.
• Tomcat application hosting, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Shell scripting for basic automation.

• Provide L1/L2 support for DEV/QA/QAP environments.
• Handle service requests (access, restarts, data refresh, batch monitoring).
• Execute runbook-based activities and health checks.
• Monitor alerts and dashboards and escalate issues as needed.
• Support application teams during testing and deployments.
• Participate in KT, shadowing, and hands-on enablement.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation.
• Work in shifts, including weekends or extended hours.

The impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the team, the Associate provides day-to-day operational support for DTCC environment management activities, handling incidents, service requests, and standard environment operations under defined procedures.

Qualifications:
