Job summary

DTCC is seeking an Associate to provide day-to-day operational support for environment management activities. You will handle incidents, service requests, and standard operations while following defined procedures.

The role requires 3–6 years in Infra/Environment support, basic Unix and middleware skills, and strong communication for documentation and ticket updates. The position follows a hybrid onsite/remote pattern with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 3 - 6 years in Environment Management / Infra Support.
• Basic to intermediate Unix/Middleware skills.
• Understanding of incident and request management.
• Willingness to learn middleware, monitoring, and automation tools.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for DEV/QA/QAP environments
• Handle service requests (access, restarts, data refresh, batch monitoring)
• Execute runbook-based activities and health checks
• Monitor alerts and dashboards and escalate issues as needed
• Support application teams during testing and deployments
• Participate in KT, shadowing, and hands-on enablement
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation
• Work in shifts, including weekends or extended hours

The impact you will have in this role:

• Shell Scripting: Basic automation and task execution.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
