Visa Hunt is seeking a Lead Email Designer for a fully remote, LATAM-based role. You will own email design quality across multiple DTC brands, building the visual system and guiding a team of designers. Campaigns must look brand-consistent and convert.

You will set the first designs for new clients, collaborate with strategists and copywriters, and push back to avoid generic work. Mastery of Figma and strong English are essential; work hours align with US time zones.

Qualifications

• You have led designers before and can brief, critique, and elevate others' work.
• Mastery of Figma is required; Adobe tools expected.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Able to work US hours from LATAM.
• Experience designing across fashion, beauty, CPG, accessories.

Responsibilities

• Own the first emails for every new client and set the design direction.
• Create the visual system for each brand: typography, photography treatment, color, merchandising.
• Ensure design quality across campaigns; prevent generic templates.
• Lead and critique graphic designers, raising the floor and shipping quality.
• Provide campaign-level art direction for weekly sends, promos, and drops.
• Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to push for premium work.
