Job summary

Awesome CX by Transcom is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to join the Creative Services team remotely. You will create high-impact assets for email, social, e-commerce, and other marketing channels while ensuring brand consistency and design quality.

You will lead projects from concept to delivery, design responsive landing pages in Figma, translate briefs into design solutions, and collaborate with marketing, copy, and production teams to drive engaging visual storytelling.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Figma for digital design and responsive landing pages.
Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for multi-channel assets.
Experience with digital marketing design across social, email, and paid media.
Understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and production requirements.

Responsibilities

Independently create high-Impact assets for email, social media, e‑commerce, paid media, and other marketing channels.
Lead creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Design responsive landing pages in Figma based on campaign goals and customer needs.
Translate briefs into design solutions while balancing business objectives, timelines, and technical requirements.
Collaborate with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Marketing, and Production teams to develop campaign concepts and visual storytelling.
Manage complex design requests, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and maintain high design quality and detail.
Ensure deliverables meet accessibility, platform, and brand standards, and contribute to design system improvements.
