Job summary

EPAM Systems in the Philippines is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to streamline the SDLC by automating build, test, and release processes and to bridge code generation with deployment for rapid, secure software delivery.

You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, use IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible to provision cloud environments, and ensure parity between local development and cloud deployments while embedding security into every deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in modern web development with focus on user-facing features.
• At least 1 year leading development teams.
• Hands-on DevOps with CI/CD and cloud infrastructure experience.
• Familiar with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Scripting in Bash, Python or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.
• Use IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible to provision cloud environments.
• Ensure parity between local development setups and cloud deployments.
